Cancellation Policy:
For bookings in periods A, B e C:
- total reimbursement for cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival;
- no reimbursement for cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival.
For bookings in periods D and E:
- total reimbursement for cancellations within 31 days prior to arrival;
- no reimbursement for cancellations made from the 30th day to the 14th day prior to arrival;
- for cancellations made within 13 days prior to arrival the cost of the room for the entire stay will be charged.
Applied to all bookings: In case of no show, late arrival or early departure, the cost of the room for the entire stay will be charged and the room will remain at the clients disposal.
