The Aeolian cuisine is extremely simple, it combines what the sea offers, mainly fish, with what an extremely fertile land produces. By adding herbs and capers, the Aeolian cuisine gives origin to simple dishes with strong and unique flavours.
The restaurant of the Punta Scario offers typical dishes of the Aeolian and Sicilian cuisine prepared following the recipes of the local mothers and grandmothers and served on a terrace where the panorama includes the islands of Panarea and Stromboli coloured in red by the sunset.
